Prices are based on the recipient number which you will be calling to.
All other available Voice related APIs which are not listed here with specific prices are free of charge.
Prices are applicable to API calls that does an outbound call to a phone number, such as :
- Simple Playback API
- Transferring calls for your DIN to another number
- Each call made by the Conference API

Credit per minute described above will be deducted for every API call regardless if the call was received. Continuous voice calls over 1 minute will be charged the per minute amount above for every minute onward.
Dial In Number Subscription Fees
You will be charged a subscription fee for each Dial In Number that you use. There are 2 types of subscription fees.
When you subscribe to a number, you'll be charged the monthly price immediately and every 30 days thereafter until you unsubscribe.
Discounted 24-Hour subscription fees
If you unsubscribe a number within 24 hours of subscribing, you will receive a credit refund, effectively giving you a discount for the subscription.
Per-minute Incoming Call Charge
You will be charged for every minute of every call received to your Dial In Number.
Voicemail Storage Charge
When you set voicemail parameter to your subscribed DIN, a storage cost will be charged at any voicemail recorded and at every 30 days thereafter until you delete the recorded message.

Toll free numbers by convention cannot receive incoming calls from international numbers.
Credits you are about to purchase will expire in 90 days from the date of purchase. A pre-notification of the expiry will be sent to your registered email address.
Connectivity and prices relies on many parts within the transmission chain. Prices may change, and connectivity can be lost without prior notice. Xoxzo tries hard to keep them stable, but there's no guarantees.
Please note that once your message or your call was received by our system and passed on to the provider, you will be charged the required credits regardless if the message or call failed to reach it's intended recipient. Used credits are non-refundable. For more information, please read our Help Center.

In order for you to start leveraging our Cloud Telephony, you'll need to purchase credits.
You can purchase credits using one of the methods below :
Paying by Credit Card
To keep your credit card information safe, we do not process your credit card directly but utilize Stripe. You can pay using any of the credit card brands below.
Credit purchases by bank transfers are also possible for purchases more than 100,000 credits. Please contact us and we will issue an invoice for you.
We also have post-pay program contracts for corporate clients. Note that there will be a screening process by us before the post-pay program can be approved. Please contact email@example.com for details.
