4. Announcements for seminar and related events
5. Replying to enquiries
6. Sending related documentation concerning the service

We do not share or provide your personal information to any third parties.

[Entrust the handling of personal information]
In order for us to achieve the use purposes stated above, there are cases where we need to entrust your personal information to third parties, such as contractors and specialists.

In these cases we will enter into a confidentiality agreement with said third parties which are selected according to our strict standards on top of applicable laws and regulations. We will also supervise the handling and protection of your personal information.

We will handle requests for "Notice of the purpose of use", "Disclosure", "Amendment, additions and deletion" and "Suspend the use or provision" of personal information acquired.
