Product delivery time
- Credits will be added to customer's account once online payment is confirmed by our system.
- For pre-paid payments done via bank transfer, credits will be added within two (2) working days after we have confirmed the payment.
Refund policy
Refund of unused credits is possible within three (3) days of purchase, with applicable processing fees and subject to our Terms of Service.
